My path into real estate didn't start with a license. It started with investing: buying property for equity growth, tax advantages, and long-term wealth building. That experience still shapes how I work today. I don't treat real estate as a single transaction. I treat it as a financial decision, one that deserves a strategy, not just a sign in the yard.

 

I'm an active investor myself in South Orange County and San Diego, which means I look at every property, whether you're buying, selling, or holding, through the lens of long-term value.

A Few Things I've Learned Along the Way

Some of my most meaningful work has come from helping families navigate property decisions during difficult transitions, including estate and probate situations. I'm a Certified Probate Expert and an endorsed provider with the Estate Aid Network, and that experience taught me something I bring to every client: you shouldn't need to become an expert in real estate to make a good decision. My job is to make the process clear, honest, and manageable, no matter what's bringing you to the table.
